Shout-out to Zack. He was helpful and patient. I think in a lot of jobs like these people go numb to the fact that the purchases made there (mainly furniture) are big for people and aren't patient enough, but he was really good. Other than that, yeah, it's what you'd expect from an office supply store. They sell office furniture, electronics like laptops and printers, as well as general supplies like good pens and paper. All interactions I've had with staff have been really nice, and the place is easy to navigate. You can often grab really cheap stuff from the huge clearance wall in the back, definitely recommend checking it out.

I had Staples print my Christmas card and letter. I worked with JOY. She did a great job with my project. Superior customer service.

Print Center needs work, I wanted to print 2 pages out of my email on glossy paper which the self serve printers can't do, so the lady with the curly hair said it would be an hour if they did it and charge it as a rush order for 2 pages, I've been doing printing Myself and seriously an hour, this isn't rocket science it's so easy to do, I get they are busy due to the holidays but I would never do that to a customer, hell I could've done it in 2 minutes but apparently that's too much work for her. I only gave them another star because the other lady was nice at first. Curly hair lady needs some classes in customer service because you can tell she just didn't want to print 2 pages that's why she said an hour and the extra charge. I've worked in office max/depot and this is not how I treated customers.

The printers they have are awful... some didnt accept my USB driver, and some kept updating themselves, I finally found one working one but it took me 20 minutes to print only 3 pages in total. I have never seen that slow printer in my life. They definitely need to upgrade their printers.
