Horrible! Been on hold for almost 2 hours waiting for some either in the store or pharmacy to pick up the phone! I kept getting “there’s 1 caller ahead of you” seriously… there’s no one! This is the worst Walgreens location and employees. Absolutely ridiculous.

Horrible. The two clowns up front regularly argue with each other and customers as they hold up lines and waste everyone's time. The only reason I came here is convenience. No longer. Avoid this place at all costs. There are a bunch of other pharmacies to choose from. That's what's great about capitalism!

You call them, and right off the bat the phone menu tells you "For covid-19 vaccine and testing questions press 1" You wait on hold for 45 minutes. Walgreens on Columbia Pike picks up and asks if you can hold again AND THEN when they finally pick up several minutes later tells you you have to go online to make an appointment: they don't schedule appointments for Covid 19 vaccinations/boosters over the phone as a "time saving measure"...They could provide you the website for scheduling appointments in the menu, just like Giant does which is right across the street but... oh no..... as a "time saving measure" they'll have you wait on hold for 45 minutes so that a real live human being can give you a URL verbally over the phone. Giant Pharmacy located right across the street provides a much much more professional service.

DO NOT take your Covid test here. I WISH their were more reviews on Walgreens’ account and not PWN the lab they use. When you look THEM up, you would have know to run the other way. International flight scheduled for tomorrow and no results…. Called the pharmacy they gave me a number and my ID#. I called the number and it is an automated message with no live agents. Go somewhere else. The stupid test is required to travel yet its not required that that they have them ready in time. Seems to be an insurance scam to me since they still charge you. I don’t think they should be paid for late results.
