Very rude people work at this location. I went in for a scan of 3 pages to a USB, and was told there was only 1 computer and I would have to wait for a very long notary transaction. I might have waited if the kid had not called me "ma'am" multiple times, then after I asked him to stop, he made sure to say it a lot more. It was super annoying and childish. Horrible experience, will never go back since there are way friendlier places to get scans done, like Fed Ex, they are always nice to me.

I have been meaning to write this review for months. The staff at UPS Store #0442 on N Oracle Rd is absolutely amazing. I especially want to commend Mary Lee and her daughter, who worked tirelessly for months on my behalf to resolve an issue with a package (antique lamp) that arrived at its destination damaged. They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and diligent and went way above and beyond to figure out what had happened and make sure that I was appropriately compensated. I would give the staff of this location ten stars if I could!

I tried shipping several items to a friend in the army, which he was keeping with me during training. The items were brought all the way to Fort Bragg twice, and returned to Tucson twice. On both occasions, a store employee helped me ensure the address was correct, and on both occasions responsibility was passed to corporate. On the first shipment, the packages were marked delivered, despite being physically present in Tucson. One of the packages didn’t turn up again until several days later. The store claimed the address was incorrect, because the box number changed, and refused to issue a refund. I was cordial, and reshipped two of the packages through the same location. I just received word that one of my packages is back in Tucson, and the other will be back in several days. The store owner claims the base refused to accept the shipment, but did not offer any explanation as to why. I’ve spent over $200 attempting to ship these items, they have been lost since November 3rd, no effort was made to contact me BEFORE their return, and the store still refuses to issue even a partial refund. I understand mistakes happen, but two in a row with zero accountability is laughable.

I had two packages to ship: one to family in Wisconsin and one to a dear friend in London. MaryLee took over and made the magic happen - both packages will be arriving at their respective destinations within 5-6 calendar days. Truth be told, my confidence in the USPS for international packages/shipments is not great so while the cost to ship is significantly higher with UPS, one can't put a price tag on customer confidence that comes with a track record of excellent service and reliability that UPS has built over the years. This particular location is one I will come back to because of fantastic customer service which to me means a lot!
