This was one of the best buying experiences ever. Tyler was so kind and knowledgeable about every aspect of all the different types of shoes. He helped me pick out a brand new pair of Birkenstocks, as well as help my partner select a new pair of insoles. Then to top it off, he grabbed us a fresh, cold water as we left. Excellent store with great customer service! Will definitely be coming back!

I needed some major help with selecting new shoes. I have been diagnosed with Plantar Fasciitis and l knew I needed shoes with good support. I decided to go to a store that someone would be able to steer me in the correct direction. Guess who that was? Amy! Amy was so patient explaining all the varieties of shoes, the arch support, all the features of each brand of shoe. Then...off she goes to the back and pulls out the appropriate brands that will fit my needs. Then by process of elimination, we zeroed in on the best shoes for my feet. We had so many shoe boxes out, but she kept saying to try them all on to see which ones felt good. I found 5 pairs of shoes...I know....LOL!! So to Alan's Shoes, you have a wonderfully patient person that provides fabulous customer service and represents your store so well. To Amy, thank you again for all your help, I will think of you as I am walking in my properly fitted shoes!

Exceptional customer service. Manager Christian spent about 15 minutes researching the receipt for a purchase I made after I had lost mine. Then he was exceedingly helpful in helping me choose sandals that were a better choice for me. Great shoe store... I'll be back!

We continue to follow all CDC recommendations to keep our customers and associates safe- We sanitize all our stores two and three times a day. All associates and customers are still required to wear masks. All associates wear gloves when waiting on customers. We have a six foot plexus shield available when requested that sits between the customer and the associate while trying on shies. We maintain a six foot safety distance at all times. We offer curbside service when requested. If there is anything different you would like us to do for you, please don’t hesitate to request it.

Unfortunately, we do not do custom made shoes. We do offer shoes with above average support and orthodic insoles that adds even greater support. Feel free to stop by one of our locations to speak to a manager regarding your specific needs.
