The delivery guys where very nice and patient with me. The guy that sold the bed to us how ever didn’t tell us the store police first of all. That’s one of main importance things u need to say b4 selling they don’t do returns first place that don’t do that will no be doing business ever again is a shame I love a lot of pieces of furniture there but the customer service is bad. I had to him I live second floor of bed came dissemble he said yea it comes in pieces the boy was bigger than me it didn’t fit poor guys had to leave and come back after calling the store and yell at the guy. It’s been awful never had an experience like this b4. In any other furniture store. Very disappointed never again

I'm not sure why people gave some bad reviews. It was mt first purchase there and I had a great experience from the polite customer service to the delivery people. They were able to deliver my couch next day. As far as the actual store. It's in an old Mill building, and I didn't think it was dirty at all. I strong recommend this place. They also offer layaway.
