I booked an appointment at this salon for a cut, color and highlight ($75 on the website) looking to do something different with my hair as I usually do it myself since I've had a bad salon experience elsewhere. With other good reviews for the salon I was hopeful, but I guess I chose the wrong stylist. I dye my hair a brightish red, and have natural brown hair so you can see the grown out roots that are about a few inches, so as any stylist you would think when your client books a color and highlight, they want their hair all one color with highlights but I guess I was wrong. She ended up just doing her own thing and highlighting then cutting it and giving me a blowdry, which I didn't ask for. ($85 dollars for sloppy highlights and a decent cut) Since the roots weren't touched up, the top of my head looks like I have grey hair, brown roots, and the rest is a faded red with some slightly blonde highlights. Not sure if the stylist wasn't paying attention, having a bad day or she overbooked and didn't have enough time but it was definitely a disappointing experience.
