Lisa was awesome! She did my pedicure and took her time and did a great job. I am giving 4 stars because of the receptionist however. She is very rude. There was a woman who spoke little English, she spoke Spanish and the receptionist was very rude to her and didn’t even try to explain the colors and have the patience with her. I felt so bad for the woman and I ended up helping her. That receptionist needs customer service training.

Generally this place is pretty good, however my last visit last week was not a great experience. I went with family and received 2 pedicures and a gel nail. Firstly, the pedicure I received was a bit rough, but overall ok though pricey. I normally get the less expensive pedicure and it is a much better experience. There really was nothing extra special for $60 other than nice smelling bath salts which you can get with a mint & spice or coffee and creamy pedicure. When I went for my nails, which were pretty, again a bit rough with the filing and cuticles. My biggest shock was the price. I was charged for a manicure which I did not ask for and an add on for the glitter used in the gel (this is on the sample nail and NOT advertised that it is an additional $15). When I brought it up, not even an apology was offered. Then to add insult to injury, my nails are chipping and it has not even been a full week. I have not done anything strenuous that would result in them chipping so soon, if I had I would understand.

I went in to get my acrylic nails removed and to put a gel polish over my real nails, however unfortunately the woman doing my nails, was very rough and while lifting/peeling the acrylic off my nail, they cracked my thumb nail and it started to bleed. I was scared to fight the situation since I’m sure the technician felt bad, but looking more and more at it, I just kept getting more upset through out the day. My job requires lots of heavy lifting and use of my hands, so if my acrylics were able to break on the job, I can definitely see this nail chip getting in the way, either by banging it on something, or having it accidentally tear completely. This salon has done good work in the past, so it is unfortunate that I have to leave a review like this, but it’s also unfortunate that all they did was give me a bandaid for my nail. Sad to say I won’t be returning.

I came in with a friend and my friend was sitting in the waiting room well I got my toes done. I choose 2 colors from the samples and Told the lady I just wanted the yellow one. When she brought over the polish it looked more orange and I told her I wanted a more yellow one. She told me this is the color you choose so I told her I would please like a color that is more yellow and I don't want orange. She went to the front to grab a different color. My friend later asked what happened during your pedicure?. Because the lady look really irritated when she came back to the front.....I asked the lady to make my toe nails short and round no sharp edges and she didn't listen. I just said f it and let her finish. For some dumb reason I let her do my nails which aren't half bad but I feel like she was lazy and didn't care. She didn't clean around the nails. I wear black socks and there is still black lint. On my finger nail there where black dots we just cover with stickers.. it looks like I did it at at home only I could do it better.. I have to come home and cut my toe nails. I won't be back. I'd rather do them myself and say the $80
