The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain

I loved the Ritz-Carlton at Dove Mountain. The rooms are great and the staff was excellent. Everyone was professional and interested in making our stay enjoyable. I would love for them to offer additional items such as a shrimp cocktail by the pool but the food was great at the pool. The staff is well developed to offer the type of service you expect to get at a 5 star hotel. I also liked the adult atmosphere at the upper pool while the kids were mainly at the pool with the water slide. It was very peaceful and relaxing.

We stayed at this place over the weekend a few months ago and it was wonderful! A nice little get away! The staff was incredibly nice and we had a good time at the resort. The view was incredible and the spa was lovely. We ate at the restaurant and the food was delicious! We went swimming there and they have a water slide! FUN FUN FUN!

This was our 1st time to Dove Mountain and we loved it! The Ritz service was spot on by every employee we worked with starting with Raelene at checkin. She helped us get a great patio with a fireplace over looking the incredible desert view. Our room was so comfortable and luxurious! Their were two pools and they were amazing salt water and warm but refreshing. We had amazing food and really enjoyed looking around. A fabulous golf course and more. We will be back!

Just incredible. The staff is completely on point. The service is fantastic and the facility is super well thought out. The pool is large, warm and inviting. The mountain bikes, the golf course, and the local hikes were a huge bonus to have around. Our room was very well appointed and the cleaning staff was so thoughtful. Probably the best stay I've had anywhere. First class in every way.
