I purchased a brake caliper that was miss labeled, had a left caliper in a right caliper box. Went to return it, was outside of the return policy, and they stuck me with it. With no apologies and some attitude. Buyer beware.

Always a pleasant experience. I deal most with the manager Dan who is knowledgeable, accommodating and eager to help in any way. I find dealing with him personally is the way I will continue to operate, for some of the younger employees are a bit difficult to deal with as some have said. I do mostly order online and have them pick it at the store which by the time I drive there (25 min) 99% of the time the order is waiting. I use Advanced Auto Parts exclusively due to their desire to please and offer top notch customer service, and if my store is an example of all stores it is a wonderful business model.
