We were passing through and staying in Tucson overnight when we had a Check Engine light displayed on our Escape Hybrid. We couldn't drive the car and continue our trip. We took our car to Jim Click Ford without an appointment. They were very busy, but were willing to help us. They worked us into their schedule in a couple of hours and solved the problem. While repairs were being done, their waiting area was very comfortable, including a deli area with food and beverages available, TV, WiFi and other conveniences. The sales area has several classic vehicles to view and enjoy. We appreciate our experience with this dealership. Everyone was very polite and helpful, including Patrick, our service contact person. Gene is the man. Quick turnaround time & excellent customer service. If you need service you need to go here and you need to see Gene! I had an issue with my mustangs AC not only did they get me in in a timely matter but they also called me back with the diagnostic charge and diagnosis very quickly and was able to get me in and out within a day of drop off.
