I was expecting a package on 7/14 and while sitting outside, I get a notification from Amazon that my package was delivered. I go out front and no package on the porch. I went to the tracking on the ups site and the driver stated it was left at a side door. My house doesn’t have a side door. I opened a claim with ups and now I’m getting a message to contact the seller because they’ll have more information on the status of my claim… what a waste of a business ups is

Trying not to use Amazon so much but this UPS is a nightmare. You can’t get anyone on the phone and the drivers deliver everywhere but the address given. I have a lost package and there is nothing but recordings. Going back to amazon and not going with any company that uses UPS

People are pleasant and helpful but good luck finding a parking spot. The customer parking is always taken, yet the store is empty. One could only guess the employees are using all the spots.

Excellent service. The person that answered the phone was very helpful and polite. I had a package that had to go out on a Saturday; even though they were closed, I was able to make arrangements with someone who would answer the door and send it out that day.

UPS over worked this time of year and under paid. Plus most barns are down 1/2 there experienced senior knowledgeable workers because of Covid this year. Be patient the problem will be corrected just contact the sender.
You can go to Kohl's way easier.

They call you, if they can't locate the house or if the address doesn't match up in the system, they don't bring it back to the hub station unless there was a good reason... It will be open Monday at 8am
Don't bother if they have called they're not going to. Has been over two weeks ago, move on and try Fedex.
