Mediocre equipment. Large groups of kids using the more sought after equipment. Broken and empty towel dispensers are a constant headache. Affordable, though.

Normally I don’t find the customer service here to be anything professional as it was but after having to ask for help in dealing with a transfer of card It’s very clear the staff preferred to stand around & insist that what I was explaining was not in fact true . I was attacked by the staff in such an unprofessional way . As we had a clear miscommunication and instead of one person trying to be kind or helpful everyone just gathered around to watch and insist I was wrong . The manger spoke to me worse than the others and only one person was trying to be helpful . It was a horrible experience, something so simple could have handled so much better than that . The gym itself is very basic so when you add horrible customer service it’s really not worth the membership. I’ll advise anyone by word of mouth to avoid signing up here especially with so many other local businesses that offer true customer service. Please be aware that even with all the negative feedback for customer service the company responses on here are computer responses that give even less follow up if you email them . Please be very careful when giving this company any account information . It is impossible to find anyone to help you after they basically take your money . Be careful !
