I was dissatisfied with my service at this location after picking up a package that was directed here. The original worker made limited effort to find my package and instead directed me to the Industrial Drive location. After the Industrial Drive attendant confirmed my delivery was made to the Central Ave location did I return and my packages were recovered. I hope workers at this location will find the drive to open their eyes and look around in the face of difficultly before having customers waste their time. They didn't even check my tracking number before confidently redirecting me.

The customer service agents weren’t rude, but they definitely didn’t provide the level of customer service needed. I’m shipping a phone to my mom and the rep didn’t seem to know how to wrap it or pack it. The rep also didn’t advise I could buy extra insurance on my items being shipped until I completed my transaction. With the transaction completed I was no longer able to add the insurance. The entire experience left me uneasy, I’m definitely concerned about my package and it making it to its destination.

John at the Dover UPS store on Central Avenue was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs! He was very quick at getting back to me about a printing question I had, and was really friendly and personable! I would highly recommend this UPS store for any of your shipping and printing needs! Really high quality and helpful staff!

I have used this store many times for an Amazon drop off and the people there were always friendly and helpful, offer to box it up, etc. Amazon's website says the same thing. I always have things boxed up or once in a while may have to borrow some tape,, which had never been a problem.. Well as of this morn, 10/27, the old guy at the counter said that they said they don' t box up, "lend tape" or pretty much do anything unless u pay them. I had to spe d $3 on cheap tape that kept getting stripped. I certainly don't have a problem with any of this, but it almost seemed like they were doing me a favor. I explained it to him and he said they never did any of this. I said I had been in there 10xs and multiple people had all said the same thing. (Offering to tape, box, etc) I told him that maybe he should call Amazon and take them off the service. I will b going to Staples from now on. I only made the trip there because Amazon says they are a ship point and all you have to do is bring the return there and the store will take care if the rest. Not so much UPS Store. Hope it helps someone
