My husband and I contacted this company to come check out some saguaro cactus on our property. Couple weeks ago they said they'd be out to check them out and gave us a time of arrival. Never showed and no call to let us know. Today they were Supposed to come out again at 2 o'clock to come check our cactuses we decided to give them one more chance.No show and no call AGAGIN. Absolutely poor communication with customers.

What a wonderful company!! I really appreciate their social media presence it led me to finding a great deal on a beautiful mature Saguaro last night. Rich and his team came this morning and installed it. They took such care and precision in planting it. This company has a real passion for what they do and go the extra mile to make sure everything is done perfectly. Can't wait to work with Rich in the near future on some additional Cactus plantings. Also they are so polite and friendly.
