Tried to complete a title transfer. The woman working window #3 didn't feel like working, lied about Arizona title transfer requirements to sent me away because it was toward the end of the day. She also said that I would need an emissions test for a 1963, which is not a requirement for vehicles older than 1966. I tried calling the phone number, and because it was 4:25 pm, the computer service told me to go online and hung up. You are not able to reach anyone even though the office is still open.

They do not deserve a 1 star. I called many times asking where my tags are and they kept telling me they were coming in the mail. Never got them. Called today and was told I needed to pay a $5 fee. If I never got them why should I have to pay a $5 fee? The supervisor I talked to was rude, disrespectful and foolish. She hung up on me because I refused to pay $5 for a reprint of something I never got. No one should have to spend money on their tags plus an additional $5 for something they never received.

I just walked in. Go around 7:30 a.m.. In and out in 20 minutes.
Call/go to the DMV and ask why
Call the office and ask them. Its usually just paperwork you have to bring in.
They are. But you need to wear a mask, and it might take them longer to assist you. It really comes down to if you want to wait 40 minutes to make the appointment on call or wait for the assistance at the office. Hope this helps.
They are accepting only appointments, walk-in are accepted but only if you have a question.
