I made a coloring appointment. I was looking for a completely different look than what I got. The coloring I got made me look so much old. It brought out my wrinkles. I wanted something completely different. I was looking for a darker look with highlights. Somehow the styles enhanced the highlights instead of adding a darker tone.I didn’t want to be blonde. I wanted darker color with blonde highlights in my hair. I brought a picture in to show what I was looking for in my coloring. It was dark hair color with highlights. My friend that was with me even told me, “Oh my god what did they do to your hair. You look 20 years older and your wrinkles stand out big time. It’s the first thing I noticed. She said it’s really bad. I will never step back into gadabout again.

They used to be responded me with e-mail quickly for make a reservation. But I don’t know why they stopped to respond me and ignored my request date. also that wasn’t first time happened. Maybe because just a bang trim?? Once, they sent me e-mail says sorry but nothing changes even now.
