Like so many Ace Hardware stores, this location has plenty of knowledgeable people ready and willing to help as much as you need. Their prices are comparable to the big box stores but the service is leaps and bounds above.

This location is superb with selection and customer service. The team members know individually if the topic a customer asks about is not in their skill-set, they know who on the team has the knowledge. Fantastic teamwork! The ability to not fake and lie but learn from others is absolutely commendable. Recommend this store highly!

They're a little pricey on most of their items BUT customer service is 2nd to None!! Great staff always willing to help you find whatever you need.. and they seem to always have that little thing you're looking for that the big box store doesn't carry anymore..

Not in the Socrum Loop store, but most anything on Ace Hardware .com can be shipped directly to your local store for free pick pick
