They are usually pretty quick with prepping the orders. Only issue I've been having is that they don't have their signage lit up at night. I kept passing it the first time I came to pick up here. Told them it was off and they turned it on. Next time I came in to pick up, it was off and no one cared that their biggest advertisement wasn't visible from the street.

The worst place ever!!!! I'm disgusting and disappointed in the wings, nothing but breadcrumbs and the frys were so salty I couldn't even eat them. I will NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!!!!

I love Wingstop. I usually don't order from this location. Today (8-23-21) this location was the closet to my job. Wings and fries were super salty. Uneatable. Fries were burnt. Other locations no complaints. Will not be coming back to this location.

Pros: It is conveniently located in central Tucson. The food is pretty good, fast service, and the inside is clean too. Cons: Be careful who you place upfront as the cashier. Brandi needs more training when it comes to taking orders. She needs to let the customer place their entire order prior to reading what she has back to them. I became so confused by going back and forth with her, to the point where I canceled my entire order and left. I’ve eaten here before but it was never this troublesome. Good grief!
