I had an appointment she was not there after telling her I was going to be dropped off. She said she left to get something to eat and she was on her way back so I had my driver drop me off I could not get into the building to wait it was locked so I stood outside in the heat for 45 minutes waiting for her to come I called my driver and came back to pick me up this was on Saturday on Monday morning I called she said call her back at noon she never answer the phone or return my calls thank God I ended up being able to get in somewhere else that day. Very unprofessional and not dependable
