I've found everyone on the Burchard team to be honest, professional and easy to work with. They are highly respectful and sensitive when working with the recently bereaved and helping families with dispersing estate items. After working with these guys several times, I feel comfortable enough to just hand them the house keys and let them work unsupervised with no worries what so ever. .

Too much shill-bidding, "mysterious bidder numbers", retracted bids, and they allow employees to bid.. very shady. Not fair or to be trusted because you will most likely overpay for items. You can tell because often some items that were "sold" come back up for bid again weeks later. Clear violation of F.S. 468.389(f) Will document and report to Florida Board of Auctioneers of this practice continues....

Question, 3 years ago, answer 3 weeks ago. Excuses and lies after the fact. They've been in trouble for throwing away other people's property because it wasn't worth dealing with. They stole/threw away my property as well with ZERO explanation. I worked there for 16 years.
I purchase items through their auctions. I assume they take items on consignment. Did you have good photos to show them. They will want the items at the auction house. I don't think they buy anything out right.
