The highlight of my visit was watching a midsized child fall in the pond. I just wish I had grabbed a photo of it.

Beautiful place with great walking trails and scenery. There were a lot of baby ducks around and other cool birds. Very fun place to visit.

Can't speak for the fishing, but it does seem like people like it, because there are always a number of folks with their poles in. I walk here with my pup, have been for years. It is a decent size to walk around, with lots of wildlife to watch. The pond backs up to the Gilbert Riparian Preserve, so you get a two-for-one here. Several flat, improved trails of varying lengths. The walking path around thr pond is all sidewalk, so mobility accessible.

Bass cannot be taken. They are catch and release only. Catfish, sunfish, trout and white amur (carp) tan be taken as long as they meet azdgf state size and limit restrictions. Check azdgf community fishing page for more info.
Last stocking of trout for the season was done here about the second week in March. Next up is catfish and Largemouth Bass in May. Check the AZGFD website for stocking schedules.
Yes ,
Had no luck with fish but did catch a turtle .i thing the turtles are over populating the reserve.
Bass, catfish, talipia. And grass carp
I wish I knew. I know it has fish as I see and talk to several people catching them during the day. I think it's just hit or miss until you figure out their schedule.
