Inconvenient experience as I cannot take advantage of a full service wash since I have to physically take my car to the wash , I might as well have signed up for an express wash instead but the person who signed me up did not recommend it to me. Then as I was approaching the wash with my hazards on the attendant was confused to see me in the car and held up the line to go talk to someone which I imagine was the same thing I was thinking “ why am I in the wash if I’m doing full service ?” I did not like it as it was confusing I’ll be reaching out to cancel I made an attempt to try something new but it didn’t work out.

Our 16 year old took his car to get washed and chose the $35 Ultimate service. When we got the car back, it had not been vacuumed, (there was still debris and dirt on the floor) the dash was dusty and hadn’t been wiped down, and the windows weren’t cleaned. It almost looked like the inside wasn’t even touched. I’m not sure if they were taking advantage of an inexperienced 16 year old, or if they generally skip the majority of the interior, but we had to clean the interior ourselves when we got back home. I didn’t put forth the effort to contact anyone at this location because based on the previous reviews, they don’t seem to care about providing good customer service, (or even the basic service that was paid for.) They can have their $35 and we will take our car elsewhere. I would advise future customers to do the same.

This location continues to set the bar lower and lower. Management needs to address the lack of detail. Why offer full service if you cannot provide adequate service. I have had my car returned to me with soaking wet seats from a leaky window cleaning bottle. Water spots from the car sitting so long it dried itself. Dirty windows from them using the same towel to wipe the tires then clean the windows. I even paid extra to have the interior wiped down. Unfortunately, that service was not worth the extra cost. Very disappointed with Cobblestone and its inadequacy to make sure every car has at least moderate service. Hopefully someone that has influence on management can address the subpar service.

ANOTHER HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!!! I don’t know why I keep coming back to this place … every single time I go they do a terrible job. I have to have my truck hand washed because it’s too big to go through the auto wash … not only did they raise their prices from $69 to $89, but that price doesn’t even include wiping anything down!!! Total that I paid today was $103 and you honestly can’t even tell it’s been washed. They try to up-sell you on every little thing and then don’t tell you how much it is for each add on, and then when the truck was done and I pointed out parts that weren’t even washed the “detail manager” said that he could fix it but it would “cost me more”. ????? DO NOT USE THIS CARWASH! If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!
