I bought a couch 8 months ago and still haven’t gotten it. Every time I call the store, they take down my number, say they’ll call back, and don’t. I don’t like that I have to keep chasing them down to hear back. Last I heard it was because of supply chain issues, but that’s it. I’d like to at least be called back when they say they’re going to call me back.

UPDATE: it is now June 14 and I still don’t have my sectional! 9 months! I know it’s not my local store’s fault- what is going on at the factory?! A friend of mine ordered her lazy boy sectional 1 month after me and already had her’s delivered. Can someone from the factory or corporate please contact me? Local store says even they do not have access to reach the factory directly. The status of the sectional has been “in production” for months now. Does it really take that long to produce or is that a fake status? UGH! March 2022: I placed an order for a sectional set and 2 standalone recliners on 9/6/2021. It has now been over 6 months and I still have no sectional for my living room. I have been following up with Prateek since Feb. 2022 almost every other week as no one from LazyBoy has called to give me any updates. I'm disappointed in the lack of customer service follow up. I've been told in the last 3 conversations that I had with Prateek that my furniture was "in production". Still no sign of delivery... If you can't wait 6 months for your furniture, don't buy here... very frustrating...

Edited Review (2/11/2022) I’ve always seen LazyBoy as a great American company. However, my experience with them has been one of the worst I’ve had in retail. Suffice to say, I will NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. My story dates back in February 2021 when I first ordered my recliner sofa set and rootball table. They were amazing at SELLING you their products. At that time, I was advised that we will have it by June 2021, which was no big deal since we were still constructing our home. We moved in and had our loft empty for several months as the furniture never got delivered until December 2, 2021! Almost a YEAR! At one point, I wanted to cancel my order but I was advised that I signed a contract, which basically indicated I will wait until it’s delivered. To make matters worse, when they delivered the furniture, they SCRATCHED MY WOOD FLOORS and DENIED scratching it when we literally saw it happen! Supervisor came and confirmed they damaged the floors. Service department scheduled an appointment to repair damages but canceled last minute as repair personnel contracted COVID. Tried to call to reschedule but could never reach David. Left messages with Monique but never received callback from service department. Now it’s FEB 11,2022 and I am still trying to get them to repair scratches on my wood floors! HORRIBLE, horrible experience. My advice is to STAY AWAY if you want to maintain your sanity. I won’t be surprised if there are other people who could relate to my experience with LazyBoy at Dale Mabry!
