We had an exceptional experience with our tech Craig Earle... We contacted Precision Overhead Garage Door company on Thursday. They scheduled an appointment for our repair on Friday in the afternoon. Craig Earle phoned us on Friday morning and arrived earlier than expected. He took the time to explain what our problems were and the estimate to repair. He had everything fixed by 2pm. We really appreciated his promptness and knowledge and patience in explaining everything to us in human terms. Craig is a real asset to your company.

So I recently just purchased it home and hadn’t even moved in yet, the garage door was working fine and then all of a sudden it basically had a seizure and wouldn’t stop going up and down. I was able to close the garage door and that’s when I called precision. They sent technician Jason who was very professional and did an excellent job. He explained everything and was very informative. Great customer service. I would recommend Precision. A1 company.

I hit my garage door with my car, and the door would no longer close automatically. I called Precision Garage Door and they offered me a same day appointment. Arnold Simpson was the technician that came to our house. He did an AMAZING job repairing our garage door. He also let us know of needed maintenance for other parts of the door. Arnold is extremely efficient and professional. He clearly has been doing this for a while. His job was flawless. I was truly impressed. First, this 2 star review is not for the tech who repaired my door, Chris, who did a great job. It's for the nearly $1400 cost for a spring repair on a 6 year old door installed by Banko, a quality company. The spring broke at night while our cars were in the garage, so we were stuck. I chose Precision because of all their advertising as a "name you can trust" and same day service. They did respond promptly, thank you. I was advised all the bearings and rollers were in "fail" condition, so of course, I had to replace them - but the prices were crazy! With your cars in your garage and no way to open the door, you really can't shop around. I just wish they were a "name that was competitive". Here's an update - After talking with the owner I upgraded my review to 5Stars because they made everything right. You have to appreciate a business who cares about their customers. Nice!

In most cases we can get to your home the same day you call, if it is during normal business hours. Getting your garage door fixed quickly and correctly is important to us. If you need a brand-new garage door or a custom ordered part, we may need to return to your home a second time to complete the work.
