This is the best DD around. I actually pass by the DD by my house to go another 8 minutes further to this location. The staff is friendly and always makes my coffee perfect. Other DD locations I have had gross burnt tasting coffee and not enough cream. This location is the only one that makes a perfect cup of coffee every time. I’m there at least 2-3 times a week.

We got an Uber Eats order this morning for the office and everything was incorrect. The bagels and cream cheese were all un-toasted (I did confirm we ordered toasted) and they were dry. The bacon, egg, and cheese bagel was burnt to a crisp and inedible. I am especially disappointed that someone thought it was ok to let food leave your restaurant like this blackened sandwich.

The manager named Cameron is exceptionally friendly and had patience beyond any customer service employee I have ever endured. I literally watched someone get in his face and accuse him of putting sugar in her coffee, after her husband realized he had hers, and he did not lose his cool and still apologized to her. Every time my family is here this particular manager is always smiling and welcoming and very professional!!!
