This location has a great staff that is very eager to help their customers. I went in there today to buy the same pair of boots I’ve been buying for ten years and to my surprise, they have been discontinued. The guys working went right into their system and found three pairs in my size in three different states. I was able to call one of those locations and buy a pair to be shipped to my house directly. I highly recommend this company but this location is outstanding!

This store is mainly for work shoes and hopefully your job pays for them. There is limited selection at this location. Also their shoes are very expensive.

I like Red Wing products, but the gentleman that assisted me was very unhelpful. After looking for a shoe in my size, he informed me it wasn't available. He made no efforts to check his inventory or even call another store to see. He gave me no options at all, and even went so far as to lie to me about other store's stock. After calling another store for myself, I found the pair I was looking for. They were much more helpful and seemed ready to engage. While I like the brand, I cannot recommend this store. The quality of the service is inexistent compared to other locations.
