I don't think the staff at this place knows what a time commitment is. I ordered online and was given s time that my order would be ready. I was there at the time promised, you guessed it, my order was not ready. There were no cooks in the kitchen, one was standing around talking on the phone. I was not greeted when I walked in. They finally came to the counter and said my wings would be ready soon. I finally got my food, 25 minutes later. I can tell they mixed in some old wings because they were way overcooked and dry. Terrible!!! I used to go here a lot, but stopped going. They are not very welcoming.

I ordered Cajun hot and citrus chipotle wings but instead received Buffalo and bbq. The lady at the store confirmed my order and the order had the additional ranch I ordered, so this isn’t a case of receiving someone else’s order. When I tried calling, I was met with a prerecorded message each time. Buffalo sauce upsets my stomach so I couldn’t even eat half of my incorrect order. Very disappointing as I have always enjoyed ATL Wings

I have been going to ATL since 2014. Have tried the Mesa location but mostly the Chandler location. I used to love their wings and I would crave it and promote it anyone I know who hasn’t tried them. However, their quality has gone downhill in past few months and past three carry out orders have been disaster. Wings are often cooked in old oil and burnt. I sometimes get the wrong flavor. And they never label the container so if you order medium and hot, you can never tell which is which. Last order was so bad that we have decided to never go back. I ordered 12 toxic, 12 medium, 12 mild, and 12 ATL. All three of us couldn’t tell the difference from toxic and medium. How???? We should be able to totally differentiate the two. And ATL one leaked oil all over the bag and seeped through to car cushion. And it was cooked in such dirty oil that the color was almost black. I might try the Mesa location one more time just because I really loved ATL’s wings for many years. But I would never go back to the chandler location ever again.

You can count on ATL Wings for great wings! I enjoy the lemon pepper wings but the fries...they are the perfect side. What makes them standout from the other places that serve chicken wings is the quality and the freshness of their food.
