My mother got her windshield replacement she was told she had warranty and recently got a chip in it. I called at phone number which is an automated service and didn't get help. It kept telling me to go online. Went online to schedule an appointment and was quoted $129. Told them it was warranty and the chat person said they don't warranty windshields. What a scam! Reports are being made to the better bureau. Ridiculous

I thought the service was great! I had several windshield chips repaired. Time estimate was 45 minutes, it took a little longer, but I was in and out in 75 minutes. Not a big deal because the waiting area was nice and clean, had wi-fi, phone charging stations, coffee, water fountain, and restrooms. Employees were nice and friendly. My service tech was super nice and helpful, she fully explained the work that was done and the warranty.

My wife took her 2016 Ford Explorer in for a windshield replacement, which took two days due to a broken mirror bracket that had apparently been installed incorrectly. Cameron, the manager, told my wife that he had the wipers replaced due to the inconvenience. Thank you for replacing my 6 day old $80 Rain-X wipers with some generics, really appreciate that. Update: Dropped my review to 1 star due to the passenger side windshield trim piece flying off on the interstate between Albuquerque and Amarillo (pictured). I suppose it could be coincidence that one of the trim pieces, which had to be removed and reinstalled to replace the windshield, disembarked my vehicle after Safelite worked on it though.
