DO NOT purchase from this dealer, keep driving to the next dealer! The sales team was fine but all interactions with the Service Team and manager has been atrocious! The rudeness we have experienced from them over the phone (when they actually return or take the call) is beyond anything I have ever dealt with EVER! The poor workmanship in work that they did do has resulted in my black tank leaking and has been going on for 1 year. I will now have to take my unit in for them to repair AGAIN and because we live full-time in our unit, we will have a hotel expense again. I asked that they cover this seeing as it is their fault and I shouldn't be out the money, but they refused. How this location is still in business I will never know. Please for the love of all that is camping...DO NOT give them your money the frustration and disappointment you will have to deal with isn't worth it!

Greg was a great person to deal with when I purchased my travel trailer. I went to a few other places and just felt they were salesy. Since I was in sales for a good part of my life, I could tell Greg wanted to get me what I wanted and what was best for me. All went well until a few days later. I realized I had no hot water. I went down talked to "Kat" who was a joy and wanted to get my issue resolved!! She sent Brandon out the next morning. He was great as well. He knew what he was doing, followed a path to zero in on the problem, diagnosed it properly and had the part delivered within minutes. 20 minutes later, I had hot water. Great place; I would reccommend to anyone!!!

Great experience trading-in and buying a new RV from Optimum RV! No pressure from our salesmen Austin and he was great with our little kids who needed full time entertainment! I appreciated the communication we had after papers were signed but before we took delivery. Also the service tech, Jacob, who did our walk through and showed us everything we needed to know was very patient with us and all our questions. They were both genuine and down to earth. Highly recommend!!
