Tried to return a pair of $20 leggings that were 3 DAYS past the “30” day return policy, WITH a receipt? WITH ALL tags still on, CLEARLY never worn. And I got told they can only give me $5 store credit?? Seriously? 3 days over the mark and your trying to give only $5 for a $20 pair of leggings? I am a single HARDWORKING mother of 3 with 2 jobs, this was the soonest I could make it back. Great job Forever 21

I give this place three stars only because the qualities of the items are not all that good. The people there are very helpful and very nice, but I don't recommend buying here unless you're just want clothes that you can toss in about 6 months to a year.
