The staff was very friendly and helpful. The Dentist (Dr.Monica DaSilva) was very concerned about any pain that I had prior to and during the extraction of my tooth. She explained the entire procedure in plain language and not in medical babble. The only disappointing thing was the $300 bump in out of pocket expense. As of this writing I am still a little miffed because I am on a fixed income. But I will go back and this time I will get a bid on getting new teeth. I don’t need any more surprises. But for service and making you feel comfortable they are 5 stars.

Well, my appointment was at 10:30 am and 53 minutes later I still waiting. No excuses, no apology or anything. I was a patient before since 2013 and never have to wait more than 15 minutes but now is a new administration and new staff. While I was waiting a patient with a 11 o’clock appointment came in and he didn’t have to wait not even 5 minutes. There was me waiting another 20 minutes until at 11:20+ Finally someone call me. If this happens again definitely I will have to find a better place.
