Advance dental is a great place! Dr Purcell is wonderful, friendly and very professional. Barbara is the reason I went there for treatment and I’m very happy with her recommendation. I would recommend Advance dental to anyone who is looking for a dental office.

Quick response to my call to schedule an appointment. Good intake procedure; people at the front desk were most helpful and answered all my questions. Even helped with a discount plan to reduce my costs.The Doctor and his assistant were very professional and friendly explaining each step of the process. I look forward to going back for my next appointment. I would recommend them without reservation.

I highly suggest you look elsewhere. This dental office has to be the worst I have ever gone to. They rotate doctors at a rapid rate, Their hygienists are beyond aggressive while working in your mouth and the front desk staff likes to use a belittling tone with speaking with the patients. While checking out this last time a few interesting things occurred. 1. They tried charging me for a service that was not warranted. When I questioned the cost the front desk lady seemed offended. Almost in tears to have to defend her businesses shady practices (like this was not the first time) 2. The hygienist gave her my sheet showing her the work that was done (a basic cleaning) and in capital letters and underlined it said "DO NOT SCHEDULE WITH ME AGAIN!" Now, as a patient I only moved when I was instructed to. Pretty simple task. I did nothing to offend this lady who was cleaning my teeth what so ever. 3. The receptionist at the end of the conversation charged me $114 out of the $195 but left a balance on my account, assuming I will pay this remaining balance at some point in the future. I strongly encourage all who read this to find another dental office. They do not deserve your business.

You decide…I was referred to the practice by a respected individual in the Dental Practice business. As a new patient, my expectations were high. Entered the office on time and it was unclear if the practice had received my information, so confusion set the tone. I stated I was a new patient and was questioned why was I there. I then had an exchange with the patient caller and after three exchanges, I convinced him I was not Mr Berg. He disappeared behind the door… chaos is now the vibe . The patient caller summoned me to an X-ray device that malfunctioned. Other employees acknowledge this was a know problem. Never went back to that machine for the needed X-rays. The patient caller never introduces himself or addresses me by my billable name. I’m now escorted to a treatment room and by its condition it was rarely used and didn’t feel clean. I know this because someone brought in some equipment covered up by a paper towel and she said “you didn’t see me in here”. Finally Dr. Purcell comes in and addresses me as Sir and asks how I am. I told him not great an explained why. It was my expectation that there was a protocol for new patients, not so here. He acknowledge my concern and even reprimanded some other employees close by making our conversation more difficult. After rough start, I'm confident Dr. Purcell knows his stuff. I’m then moved to a much nicer area where I have my teeth cleaned by an incredible Dental Hygienist. I’m escorted to check out and it is apparent chaos at rule again. Finally I present my credit card, approved and done. I locate the public rest room and this is what I see. I mentioned to a staff member they may want to clean this up. This was my new patient experience.
