Every one I had contact with at Valley of the Sun was easy to deal with. I don't think you could have picked any better people to be the face of Valley of the Sun Mortuary. Everyone was kind and professional. I can't imagine dealing with someone that has just lost a loved one but your staff knows how to.

Although the staff was very nice and caring, I felt like we did not receive the service that was expected. After making a decision of what we wanted for my dad’s funeral we were not offered upgrades. When I picked up my Dad’s urn I noticed on the monitor all of the different ways we could have added things to my dad’s table like additional pictures or different sentimental items of my Dad. We were not told about this. Also, my husband emailed the person who was assisting us , on whether or not we could use a monitor for a slideshow and she did not get back with us. Unfortunately we felt stereotyped. I thought it was a great place because I chose it there for my Mom’s resting place. We were treated better at that time BUT we also spent 3 times the money that was spent for my Dad’s. We had planned on purchasing our plots there in the coming months, but have definitely changed out minds. Please research the funeral homes before considering them. It’s a place you’ll go to for a very long time and you want to feel welcomed.

Excellent service from Allison and John made it easy to have them take care of my mother's body. Very easy and affordable. The cemetery had a lot of options and the grounds were beautiful. The perfect place to lay her to rest.
