A ton of my maintenance lights had come on, just as I was passing by the store. I was able to stop in. But was quickly written off with no offer to help from anyone in the store. I understand that you aren't a service store. But to be basically turned away, with no consideration to even look at the lights or the battery, just felt really bad. And my car broke down trying to get to the next place. And I was stuck in the heat for a while with my infant daughter. I felt as tho you guys could've at least helped me get somewhere or offered any kind of help.

Broke the gas cap on a truck i borrow so I went for a replacement knowing nothing but what the outside of truck said. The counter guy found a match quickly. Store had a long line but staff was efficient & friendly while doing a great job in keeping it moving.

Went today to get a diagnostic on my jeep. Was treated so very kindly and the fact that they took time to teach me how to do it in the future was great. Felt very valued and safe!!

I love this place! Everybody in here treats me really well, every time I go in. In the last couple of years I’ve had to have my engine diagnosed a couple of times. Every time the cashier that helped me treated me with respect and didn’t make me feel bad for coming in. Recently I ordered a alternator online. Even though it was a guaranteed to fit, it was 2 inches bigger than the one that came out of my engine. I brought it back to the store, and they immediately gave me credit without any attitude at all. I will literally drive past 10 auto zones to get to this one, every time. I’ve seen the clerks change but the blond gentleman and lady with short dark hair a few months ago, ROCK 🙏🏼❤️
