Placed an order online after an hour of waiting I called the store to find out if it was going to be done soon. The reason we were doing pizza was we wanted something fast and quick. The young gentleman that answered the phone let me know the store was closed due to an employee just closing the store and leaving. I said okay can we make sure to just cancel my order and refund it I’m going to have to do something else and get my kids in bed on time. An hour later I get a notification that my order is done after we had already gotten something else I tried calling multiple times with NO ANSWER so not only do they have a unreliable staff but they are frauds as well

I used to work here. Trust me when I say, you cannot find a worse place to get food. Literally anywhere at all would be better. It's seriously not safe! I'm genuinely curious how they manage to keep this location open. Terrible experience to work for the company, and an even worse experience for customers. There's literally A ROACH infestation in back of house that they refuse to do anything about. When I was there, we would see at least 3 or 4 roaches a night! If not more! Not little ones. Big gross ones! Every night! Not to mention, nobody is required to wear a mask, a hairnet, or gloves. Frequently washing hands or sanitizing a station IS NOT enforced. Dishes are "washed" in a rushed manner, sometimes with cold, old, and/or reused soapy water. SOMETIMES the dishes are put in sanitizer water after being washed, but they are rarely left to dry properly and are instead usually stacked on top of each other. Expired veggie toppings are served ALL THE TIME, even though they SMELL and have lost their crispness. Have seen MOLDY BEEF and sausage go UNNOTICED for an entire shift! They don't wash their cutting board. MAYBE once a week. Workers will frequently take a smoke break, come back, WITHOUT washing their hands, and continue making pizzas. They answer the phone about 2% of the time. No pizzas will ever be ready if you go in after 1 pm. Probably going to be waiting 45 minutes. The breadsticks sit in the warmer for HOURS sometimes. Customer service is poor. NO interview process whatsoever! People are just hired regardless of qualification. Management is clueless. This store pisses me off.

I'm not sure when this store changed hands. I was one of the original store openers under a fantastic owner years ago. When we ask the employees, they say it's a corporate store. Well, we won't be ordering from this store ever again. Little Caesars is supposed to have "hot and ready" pizza and other items. This store never has ANYTHING hot and ready. When we order, it's never ready on time, and the pizza is always wrong. We order pizza well done and it's offered to us as a pile of dough. We always have to recut the pizza once it's home because they can't take the time to make sure it's done correctly. Additionally, the attitude and sass from every employee I've ever spoken to is atrocious. I just walked in to grab 1 hot and ready pepperoni. The lobby was full of people. An employee sauntered up to the counter and said, "who is here to order a pizza?" A few of us raised our hands. He pointed at each of us and said "FORTY MINUTES, FORTY MINUTES, FORTY MINUTES. That's how long it will be." Like I said I have a personal history with little Caesar's. I understand they're busy on graduation day. I also worked 4 graduation days and managed to have hot and ready product and didn't treat customers like garbage. They don't care about their product, or quality of their product. I'd give this location 0 stars if I could and I will never come here or suggest it to anyone.

Just had the worst pizza I have ever eaten. We called and ordered 2 veggie pizza adding sausage to both. The pizza was cold! Something that should of been made to order must have been an old pizza slapping sausage on it . The sausage fell off the pizza all together. I mean it was horrible! I think we deserve our 48.00 dollars back that it cost us. Your team members need to do better! And I mean a lot better!
