Worked here 3+ years. Once operation manager was changed it went down hill. No organization at all wasted my time waiting for my schedule to be set and had to look elsewhere for work. Then I get a call talking about commitment and helping them out when im only getting 2-3days a week. Never working here again, set up for failure.

AUS is a joke. I was hired at an on-site hospial job fair, trained watching YouTube at their Orange office, got my guard card in 2 days then started FT 10 days later. The dayshift I agreed to was switched and they dodged questions about perks. Turns out no vacation pay, no benefits & no life insurance! No thanks Quit after 3 days. 😆

If You Want To Work With A Security Company That Knows What They Are Doing Don't I Repeat Don't Work Here. NOT ORGANIZED Also Very Very Unprofessional. In My Opinion Dont Waste Your Time Applying Here.

I was an acquisition of Allied. To be honest I'm glad they came in and took over my current post. The previous company had ZERO structure, and basically no chain of command. Easy process to get hired on. Didn't miss a day of work even with the takeover. Feels big like Securitas, and if you're not used to the politics of big companies you may have a hard time. Everyone so far has been extremely helpful, and the new guards they sent out have been top notch!

If there is an issue using your sick time, I would ask to speak with your client manager.
It depends on your branch manager. Some of the staff are unprofessional and if they want they won't get you a post
First try HR if that do not work try your direct supervisor that's what they are there for
Allied Universal is a horrible company to work for. They don't care about lunch breaks and they tell you your not allowed vacation time yet the account managers take vacations and days off like it's nothing. Jess Cisneros i.d the worst account manager to work for at Orange Coast Memorial. Doesn't look out for officers at all, gets away with talking trash to them and corporate does nothing about it if you contact them. They really are dysfunctional.
Just apply
I believe they do. However I advise not to work for this company unless you need security experience. This is not a good company to work for in the Orange County areas. I cant speak on the L.A or San Diego areas. They might be better I'm not sure. Only can speak on the O.C offieces.
