Having lived in Texas and Tennessee, this is not barbecue. The meat here was dry and tough. The brisket looked more like thinly sliced roast beef. The Mac and cheese was bland. And the cornbread was as dense as a rock. And their menu that is posted online is 8 years old. The actual prices are considerably higher. I won’t be going here again.

First of all, this place shouldn’t be allowed to even call what they make BBQ. I’ve had better road kill BBQ from gas stations in the middle of the boonies. I’m more disappointed by the horrendous taste of this thing they call BBQ than the fact that my biological father didn’t want to be in my life. I’ve had better BBQ from public school cafeterias. The frozen pre cooked BBQ they sell at grocery stores is far superior. If Gordon Ramsay ate here he’d slap the cook all the way back to their daddies nutsack. This place is an embarrassment to all establishments that make BBQ. Do not recommend, will never eat here again.

Not bad for a small BBQ place. Food was quick and tasty. Probably could do with more smoky flavor than just BBQ sauce but overall not bad for quick comfort food.

Just left this establishment. I gave it an honest chance even after the lady taking the order was rude for no reason. Ended up getting beef/broccoli, catfish and a side of hush puppies (extra $3). Catfish was decent but had an odd smell...even for fish. Beef and broccoli was sad (the beef was extremely thin and EXTREMELY dry and smelled a little spoiled). The part that really irritates me is that the hush puppies (which she made sure to tell me I had to pay extra to get those as a side) were literally hard as rock and burnt. I came here several years ago and it was perfect...not sure what happened but customer service and properly cooked food is not too much to ask for. I came when they first opened for lunch and there was nobody else there. So there was no rush...not busy...no reason to have such a nasty attitude and nasty food...especially right outside of the base smh.
