Hands down, the food is fantastic. Fried hard, sauce on the side, you get an excellent crunch and the juiciness of the chicken is undeniable. Shrimp here is delicious, though I’ve yet to try the perch, it is often out of stock. Logistics, online ordering issues, and a lack of a sense of urgency in the employees often leaves you feeling a bit unwanted here. I ignore it, but having been here many times before, it’s an obvious and minor issue. Stick with the service via their online website directly, that way you don’t get grifted out of an extra side, that missing butter cookie, or “something that ain’t on the menu”, don’t get played here! Order online, order direct, and order ahead to pick up, you’ll have a 5 star experience! Unless it is crowded…there’s no dedicated online pickup section, so if someone has an issue with their order (33.3% chance, repeating of course), you’re gonna be waiting anyway.

Listen I amb orn and raised in Indy, just 2 hours south of Chi-Town home of the original Harlods Chicken! And this right here....takes me all the way back! I love that every time I order the Chicken is cooked fresh and is always served hot. The wait is worth it and the service is spectacular as well!

4pc chicken wing with mild sauce on chicken and fries- $12.00 may be due to chicken shortage. Food was good & definitely reminds me of home (Chicago). They even sell the old school CPS lunchroom butter cookies, very good.

A little taste of Chicago. Located on 16 St & Baseline , Harolds Chicken is a fairly new restaurant in Phoenix with choices varying from shrimp and catfish, to fried chicken and wings. Their shrimp was our favorite but the fried chicken (what they are known for ) was also nice & savory & went perfect with their sweet & mild sauce. (P.S . Make Sure To Grab A Couple Sauces, We Went Through A Few Lol ! 😋 ) . & you can’t forget about the sides! They had the perfect Fries that go great with the mild sauce! 🤤 . (P.S. Make Sure You Go With Time Because The Long Line Is No Joke!) .
