Came here for a Friday the 13th deal, and I have absolutely no regrets. The shop and the people were awesome, and I love my wizard-frog tattoo so much! It really looks exactly like the picture I gave them, and its so cute. Would definitely recommend :)

Went in with an appointment for a tattoo and Jose supposedly said he had another appointment at the same time that he didn't remember about. I was 10 minutes early to my appointment. He never tried to contact me to let me know. Then he brought one of his colleagues whom looked clueless. He tried to get me to get tattooed by him but he looked confused and clueless and agreed to do the tattoo even though he didn't look confident at all. I chose to leave because I wasn't going to get tattooed by someone who didn't seem like they were confident in doing what I asked. I would give this place no stars if I could. WORST customer service and experience by far.

YOSHI saved the day! I came here to get my 16 year old son’s earlobes re-pierced after having a terrible experience at a different place that pierced them crooked. I called and they gave me a price over the phone, which was very fair compared to the other place. When we arrived, we were immediately checked in, given paperwork, and taken to the piercing area. Yoshi did a meticulous job measuring my sons ears to make sure they were symmetrical. His process was extremely sanitary and he talked my son through the procedure making sure he was comfortable. Easy peasy! We were so happy that his piercings were finally even. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering getting a piercing and is looking for someone that pays attention to detail. Not all piercers are created equal! Yoshi is the man!
