It's ok at time but they do not wait for u know more than 5 mins but we've wait for some 20 mins to 45 mins and we as the client would get write up if we delay them or cancel at a last min due to medical emergency or if we have a personal problem. Also they refuse u to go to the bathroom as of they're not human being themselves. It good n bad bit really I wish I can drive my self instead of depending on them. You're always late with ur appointment especially if u r riding sharing expect a delay in ur days. The customer service or scheduling person can be rude at times and pls do not leave a cane or any object because the driver would never return ur items. I've lost several items on access n reported it n nothing good came out of it on my part so I'm more careful that check my property b4 leaving van or car.
