Overall I do not recommend this location. I order two separate occasions for delivery. The first time I discovered they didn't give me my drink and four of my donuts from my half a dozen I paid for. Instead of calling the number on the order to see about substitutes they had the delivery person play messenger which means I got a refund but no food. The second time today I have pictures. I ordered half a dozen and received 5 donuts I didn't order. I also ordered a bagel with cream cheese, I'm sure many know the cream cheese has to be requested on the side. i knew this and asked for it to be put on. I received a practically buttered bagel with cream cheese. I don't own cream cheese so I now can't eat my bagel. The 5 donuts that were not ordered are not kinds I like at all so I can't still eat them either.

I prefer their coffee over Starbucks. Morning staff is always so great and a pleasure to see. Not so much the afternoon staff, they are always in a bad mood and never greet customers.

Young blonde woman working drive thru on 4/27 around 9am was so rude. Gave me so much attitude. Didn’t let me get a word in. There were like 3 cars in line (not at all busy!) but she was obviously annoyed at me for whatever reason. I usually love this dunkin but i don’t want to go back! Who wants to start the day with all that negativity??? I’ve only had pleasant experiences there otherwise. I guess not everyone is cut out for fast food!!

Overall not impressed with this location. The menu screens were broken and when asked the worker seemed annoyed to help. I ordered the mango passion green tea it tasted like syrup it was way too sugary. I definitely would save your money and skip this drink, even tho it sounds delicious. I also got a bagel that was already creamed very sloppy for that matter there was cream cheese all over the side. I wouldn’t come here again. Not worth the money.
