So, so, very helpful! I needed employment eligibility paperwork notarized (I-9) and no one else would do that in RSM. He also noticed my passport was 4-months from expiring and did the paperwork, photo and FedEx there and then. Very respectful, private with sensitive data and explained every cost and savings recommendations.

I brought in a small package to ship. Owner Bryan gave me attitude because the top wasn't taped. I said I'm sorry I don't have any on me and he says, "Well then you need to go buy some." Really? 10 inches of tape. He then proceeded to throw my package over to the shelf, which has a $300 tablet inside. STAY AWAY from this mailing center unless you're okay with a nasty attitude and blatant disrespect.
