Last weekend I ordered the Triple Meal Deal for $17.99. It got the following with my order: 6x Original Hot (Classic), 6x Cajun (Boneless), 2x Lemon Garlic (Tender), 1x Large Seasoned Fries, Regular Amount of Seasoning, Well Done. Everything about the Chicken was fine, except the side of fries. They were way too salty and I had to chuck dem. I will likely return, but will get the fries unsalted and just add my own.

By far the worst experience ever at Wingstop. The staff was very immature and unprofessional. They told me my order would be ready in 5-7 minutes. I waited almost 30mins. After 15mins of waiting and seeing 4 other customers come in, place their order, and get their food before I got mine, I finally said something. They just said "sorry it will be out soon". Then, the Dr. Pepper was out at the fountain. I asked for it to be changed. The girl said "Here give me your cup" and threw it in the trash and handed me a warm bottle of Dr. Pepper from the back. When I asked for a refund to go elsewhere they advised they didn't have a manager on-site to issue me a refund. When I finally got home with my food, my wings were mostly dry and I asked for extra saucy. I couldn't even bite through most of them. So the entire order went in the trash. Waste of money. I most certainly will never return to this location.

Not very good service. We ordered wings (only 30 boneless) at 2pm. It’s now 5:30pm and they still are not ready. The individuals working in the store just want to give you a refund, when that’s clearly not what the customer is wanting. AND it took them like 10 minutes to refund us in cash.. Very disappointed in seeing customer service like such.

First time trying this restaurant and also this brand, very disappointed. Was told the estimate time about 15, 20m. I had to WAIT 35m to finally get the attention from the cashier again, and being told that the order was back up, so we have to wait for another 10m with the total of 45m to get the order on the hand. If they were being honestly about the estimate time then I would not so much angry about it because of our house is just 2m away from the store, we can just wait at home instead of waiting endlessly in the restaurent. They only reason I gave it 1 star is just because of the taste was great and the cashier was so nice to help us, otherwise it would be 0 star.
