The food was wonderful, they offered a bread basket while you waited for your food, the ambiance was perfect, and our waitress was an angel. Super sweet and friendly she made me feel welcomed. The food itself had so much flavor and texture. The croissant was crunchy, airy, and buttery, crispy bacon, and melty slices of cheddar cheese. My dish usually comes with tomatoes on the side but I ordered them without and when my food came the waitress thought my plate looked too empty without and brought me fries instead at no extra cost. This was my first time trying out Mimi’s and i will definitely be going back!

Disappointed and grossed out. First there werent enough menus, the waitress had to look for some. Then the woman sent us to a booth when my grandmother has a walker. We thought it would be okay for her to sit in her walker on the side of the table while my fiancé and I sit in the booth. First, there was barely anybody there and we were all spread out. Then the waitress is like "m'am you cannot sit at the end of the booth, we just cannot allow you to do that" then she moved us to a table. Other restaurants allowed us Totten! Even high end restaurants. Anyways, there was ice all over the floor (safety hazard) basically. We ordered, she would forget our drinks when we asked for refills. Even when we asked for Ranch, it took 10-15 minutes to receive it because she told us they were making it in the back. She also forgot our straws and had to look for some in the back as well, also gave me a messy iced cappuccino. My food wasn't even worth $16!!! Barely gave me any fries and small fish. Honestly, it just wasn't worth it.

I had dinner here, got the new York steak was good. The staff very friendly and helpful. Good place for families.

So disappointed! Mimi’s has been one of my favorites for years, but this location has really forgotten about customer service. The hostess literally ignored us for ten minutes like we weren’t standing right in front of her. It was ridiculous, because it was not very busy. Then our server was slow to wait on us, and once she did she was rude and cranky. The omelet and breakfast potatoes were great, so at least the kitchen had it together. Needless to say, it will be a while before we return to this location again.
