Long waits at St. Andrews branch. I don’t go in to the branch very often, but when I do there is always long lines with only a couple tellers working on many customers problems. Today waited 38 minutes before I was helped.

I am leaving a review for the wonderful service I received from Jennie Jacobson. She helped me with my refinance that just closed today. I can't begin to explain how thankful I am for Jennie. She is wonderful and follows your loan from beginning to the very end. I had talked to another loan officer from OCCU that said they couldn't help me but Jennie took the time to speak to me and look at the documents I sent to her and has answered each question I've had along the way.
