Professional, generous company Even though I didn't qualify for wholesale purchasing; I called this company because they were a large distributor of the types of product I was having trouble locating. They listened to what I needed and then researched for the product, hoping to find a retail distributor. They called me back (which in itself makes them a rare customer service oriented company); the product I was looking for is no longer being manufactured. This company went out of there way to help me even though I was not going to be a buying customer. You saved me time and a lot of aggravating phone calls to companies who couldn't care less about what I needed. It's those small things that mean so much! Thank you!!!
