Go to have my labs done ,and the girl at window #4 first of all could not type..no wonder she could not type with those God awful long nails she had on.then she tells me I can't find any labs for u.I show her the paperwork from the dr and she said that's Bot good enough, I go upstairs to the drs office and raise hell only to find out it was that dumb girls fault. Not the drs office.Loma linda services are going way down.

After a transplant, we have had many labs done here. They are alway very good at what they do and the people are very professional and friendly. Yes, there is a line in the morning but they have plenty of people doing the job and we get through much faster than we were used to from another lab we had been using.

The health care employees are always so friendly and caring to my son. We go here quite regularly and one never enjoys getting bloodwork however, they do a good job at putting ones mind at ease. Highly recommend this office for labs.

I waited over 2 hours to get swabbed for strep throat. When I finally when asked why the wait was so long, the lady said that they don't collect the specimens and I had to go back to the doctor's office. I told her I had been waiting for a long time and she had no apology or empathy whatsoever. All she said was "I didn't help you earlier." I wasted 3 hours of day today going from doctor's office to the lab. I can't even completely express my deep dissatisfaction with this lab. They need to inform their employees about the correct information so that this doesn't happen again.
