Went there due to my unemployment issue, spoke to person assigned to your case. She told me that I qualified for schooling, after I signed papers for school, she told me the school I want to go, is not belong to the area they cover. No one is there to help you when you needed it, very arrogant people, they are very demeaning with us, we just don't have a job that is all about. Very rude place.

The lack of organization knowledge, customer service skills & common courtesy is lacking by members of the staff and is a great disappointment, considering the amount of money donors & the government give to pay their full-time salaries. I inquired with others familiar with the EDD Workforce training program, which I was initially there to learn about, & discovered the program is not worth pursuing. Was told it was a waste of time to attend meetings & apply because the process is extremely slow & cumbersome.The tall black guard doesn't pay attention & stares at clients as they work on the computers. Creepy.

While we are co-located with EDD, we are not EDD nor do we administer UI. You may call 310 751-1740 #5 to reach EDD who is better equipped to answer your question.
As far as I know, it would help them if you gave them a call before going to let them know what exactly you need help with and what services they can offer you. It's not necessarily by appointment, but I would call beforehand

Absolutely. We have a whole team dedicated to Vets. You can come into our Vets Center at Patriotic Hall downtown, or we have a Vets Specialist in our Culver City center--either way we can and will help!
