Yummy pulled pork sandwich. Visited during Arrow Rock festival
Scott House
Not open most of the time. We made reservations for a Friday. Was confirmed day before and then was closed. Friends organization runs it but apparently has little control over the operation. Said they can't find a cook! Third attempt to eat there without luck, plan on somewhere else.

The food was excellent. Service was lacking.

The place is really cool but... The chicken was very dry and it was like it had been under a light. The brisket sandwich was good and the french salad dressing was great! I am glad I went there once but will probably not go back. The town is worth a visit and eating here is worth the cost but it just won't nock your socks off. The menu is small. The potato's we're good.

Definitely recommend reservation. I did not see family style as an option but servings were enormous. My pork tenderloin was very good and I only finished half of it.
When I was there a few weeks ago, they indicated that the dinning room would be open sometime this month. I suggest you give them a call for the most updated information. The staff seemed very responsive in returning calls. But,to the point - the temporary facility is not airconded.
Just let them know. They are very accommodating to your needs.
Yes it will, and yes reservations can be made, probably reservations pruor would be a good idea.
You need to contact the friends of arrow rock association. They are operating the tavern now
Yes we do
We(I am the chef) are reservation only for the the last 2 weeks of lyceum shows. Please leave us a message. Messages will be returned as soon as possible.
I am the chef at the tavern. I will make sure someone calls you this week.
We will be closed on thanksgiving this year.
Dinner is usually a family style dinner which includes fried chicken, ham, mashed potatoes, and biscuits. Everything gets brought out on big plates.
