Nice well kept property. Front office staff is always willing to help and extremely nice people. Family owned and managed. The entire family is great and they keep rent quite a bit lower than all the other parks even those with similar amenities. Highly Recommend this property to live at if you can find an available home.

Nice small park, age restricted, 55+. Interesting mix of residents, nice & friendly. Managers related to owners so there is the incentive to keep up with maintenance 🙂. Lot rent is commensurate with facilities. Clean, quiet, low stress living for normal oldsters.

I really like it here, except they don't let you walk your dog, even up and down your street. We pay to live here, they accept dogs, so why can't they walk in their neighborhood? I have to put him in my car and drive him to another neighborhood.
